Testimonials from program attendees:
July 23, 2015:
This program left me speechless. Speechless in a profound way. It transformed my state of mind and left me motivated and inspired to influence and provide knowledge to those willing to take back their own power. This facilitator experience not only taught me things about myself that I have shut out because of its familiarity but it has opened doors to my own state of mind. I would suggest that anyone looking to grow and change and “put the ball back in their court” take this course. It will transform your state of mind.

The Wellness Code workshop was a life-enhancing experience. I gained an awareness of personal power that made me feel more present and confident.
There is so much information available about wellness, and much of it contradictory. The idea that wellness is a state of being and not a seemingly endless list of things to do that involves effort, even though they may be “simple steps,” has given me a sense of freedom and personal power. I have moved from feeling overwhelmed by the things I should be doing to achieve wellness to a more spacious state where I have choices. Every moment is another opportunity to make a choice. There is so much freedom when there is choice.
The other concept I got a lot out of is that things don’t have to be perfect; they can be “done.” I have a project that normally takes me a week or so to accomplish and, after this workshop, I accomplished it in a few hours. I felt confident and empowered.
The best thing I got out of the workshop is that I like myself more. I am friendlier to myself and that friendliness ripples out to other people and into my relationships. Because of this shift in perception, it’s fun to “show up.” Life is more of an adventure and I am more curious and willing to reach out and discover new things – to be well.
Thank you for the work you do.

During this week I have changed tremendously.
The relief to not have more tasks to do has finally opened my awareness to the possibilities that will support my movement towards a much higher level of wellness than I have been able to envision before.
To change my state is definitely something I have “done.” I no longer feel the burden of “one more F*!#ing thing I have to do.” Prior to this the burden of tasks made me run in the other direction or adopt the attitude of “why try, I can’t take on more tasks.”
For me, the luncheons that were provided were very important in assisting to make the shift. The ethics portion is truly pivotal in the switch. I noticed that during the movement exercise I was able to process and watch the energy flow and feel the “bridges” erecting.
Although I will be mindful not to recreate tasks, this feels more a part of me than any other wellness program I have ever participated in before. I have a lifetime of diets, eating plans, etc., and although effective in the short-term, they were tasks, and did not have the ability to create change for the long-term.
The Wellness Code’s state change is much more fundamental in the shift that it supports.

After completing the Wellness Code Facilitator’s workshop with Dr. Chriss Lemmon, I was even more intrigued by the concept of wellness than I was before I began. Prior to this course I thought I knew what wellness meant, more or less. Or so I thought. This workshop expanded the boundaries to such an extent that I began to see it as a state of being that would assist and sustain healing and also streamline the process so as to make it more efficient and effective. Through this workshop, wellness becomes an empowering place to be, rather than an elusive hit-or-miss peak state that one might only approach but never fully realize. I’ve been to wellness clinics before, but Dr. Lemmon’s approach enrolls one in the process of their own healing where one is both follower and leader and the ultimate goal of accountability for one’s own healing achievements is not a burden but the best place to be.
The course moved at a brisk enough pace and had enough new information to continually pique my interest. Dr. Lemmon built in enough time for questions and structured it in a way to build to completion without loose ends. It also appeared to me that the other participants felt similarly affected. Thank you for the opportunity to participate.

Wellness Code is a wealth of information which helps us to consciously become aware (mindful) to the power we have—freedom of choice—to create better health, wellness and quality of life for ourselves. Through conscious application of the knowledge and being responsible for what we choose to eat/drink. It’s up to each of us to exercise will power to create the health and wellness we desire for ourselves and to teach our loved ones.

I feel that I learned quite a bit. I am much more tuned into energy in particular mine. I had the sense that I could access the up and down energy if I just sit still and think about a connection through my head. I did not understand the spiral you talked about and would like to know more about that. Until now I have been pretty energy challenged.
I have thought many times about being the stimulus and not the reaction. I think dancing to change a state is a wonderful tool.
The two things that came up for me to work on was secure no and also patience. I was particularly excited about the process of meditation on a word and getting an answer through that. That came so easily to me. I plan to use that again.
I am amazed and surprised at the amount of serendipity I have had since the course. Something is happening.
The teaching was clear and I feel that I learned a lot. The thing I appreciated most was that we did not go around the room and say what we got from each activity. That has always left me feeling down because of the glowing reports of others. It invites comparison which I am susceptible to. I was able to enjoy my own progress on its own merits. I just realized in this moment while some up play their experience I tend to down play mine which puts me at a low glow.
That seems to be what has stuck with me for now. I did get a lot out of the nutritional aspect and recommitted to better eating habits. I have been buying more organic, local and I have a more rabbit like diet.
Thank you Chriss. I would welcome the opportunity to be in another class of yours.

I have noticed that I seem to have more patience at work where I am normally more reactive. This experience had also made me notice that when I encounter resistance it is normally because I’m trying to think about it and do a task instead of noticing feelings and let them come and go. With all my new behaviors comes insights to what some of my beliefs were surrounding my old behaviors. When I tried to name those beliefs in the workshop, I could not. The were definitely hidden from my awareness at the time. This workshop opened up possibilities that I never could have believed.
Thanks, Brenda

What a fun weekend! Thanks SO much for coming. I am attending to Trust. I’m glad I had the experience with Patience and Intolerance as the same thing happened to me with Trust. Issues of unworthiness surfaced for me more than Trust. The same thing had happened for me with Patience so I dealt with it much better this time.
Realized to expand my range I need to attend to both ends of the range.
I have been embracing redefining my goals as approximation. I used to be so strict with myself that any slip would cause me to completely fall off the wagon. I have never liked following the rules or being told what to do. I’m making much more progress with approximate goals that allow for life to happen. Somehow I fall off track and am able to get back on track much quicker now.
I’m allowing myself to take small steps, insure they are coded, and then take the next step. Feels very freeing to not have to eat the whole elephant in one meal. I learned on the Camino to take one step at a time. Guess that applies to my bigger life too! I also learned on the Camino to stay present and live in the state of discovery. Certainly helps me to be the stimulus and not be in reaction.
Wellness is a series of baby steps I am taking that will lead me to a complete state of being well.

I intended to craete you that little bit of word so as to say thanks as before over the pleasing strategies you have shown in this case. This has been simply generous with you to give openly what most of us could possibly have offered for sale as an e-book to generate some dough for their own end, certainly given that you could have done it in the event you desired. Those principles in addition worked to be the easy way to fully grasp that other people have the identical keenness just as my personal own to find out lots more with regard to this issue. I’m sure there are millions of more enjoyable sessions in the future for individuals who start reading your blog.
